  • Biography

    Georgia is a qualified radiation therapist who completed her PhD in 2005 at the University of South Australia before moving to Curtin University in 2007 where she still works in the Faculty of Health Sciences as a Senior Research Fellow who is supported a Cancer Council of WA Research Fellowship. She is currently the Chair of the Radiation Oncology Workforce WA Group which is supported by the WA Cancer & Palliative Care Network.

    Georgia is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Radiography. She has received grants worth more than $4 million as Principal Investigator and over $5.5 million as a Chief Investigator. To date, she has over 70 peer-reviewed publications. She has supervised a number of PhD and Masters students.
