  • Biography

I commit to Value Based Health Care in any context and to constantly improving outcomes using data-driven research embedded in clinical daily practice. I value and apply my experience in systems thinking and my interests moving forward, lie in patient-centred, systematic process and service redesign projects, ensuring access to equitable care delivered within thriving local communities across WA and beyond. I will always work to ensure that routine support of patient self-determination is a given and health services are responsive to quality-of-life outcomes, collected systematically. I contribute the combined practical, strategic and teaching skills of a physiotherapist, researcher, project leader and academic leveraging 30 years of clinical leadership and experience in tertiary level facilities, treating consumers requiring holistic care for burns, trauma, plastic surgery, hand therapy, ENT surgery and musculo-skeletal problems.
