  • Biography

    Ben worked as a Health & Physical Educator for 10 years before moving into the area of Strength and Conditioning, He has worked with a variety of clubs and athletes from amateur to elite. Ben has a general interest in applied sports science research centred on improving performance.

    Ben’s project is multidisciplinary in nature investigating the factors which relate to match performance in invasion sport.

    PhD thesis title: The relationship between physical capacity, perceptual motor skill, mental toughness and individual match performance in an invasion sport.
