Edwina Coghlan

Edwina is a graduation from the UWA Medical School and now is a specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology trainee.  She currently works at King Edward Memorial Hospital and has an interest in medical teaching and research in both gynaeoncology and general obstetrics and gynaecology.

She is currently undertaking research in advanced ovarian cancer in the Western Australian Population with the view to improve long term prognosis and optimise treatment for women affected by this disease.

MSc (Medicine) thesis title:  The Prognostic Role of Histopathological Tumour Response to Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in High Grade Serous Ovarian Carcinoma.
