Prepare a written reference supporting your motivation, personal qualities and academic potential. Teachers, principals, coaches, supervisors or mentors may be good referees to approach.
Collate your Year 11 end of year reports and your Year 12 mid-year reports. If you haven’t received your Year 12 mid-year report yet, you can still submit an application and provide your report once it becomes available.
Write approximately 500 words (one page), outlining why you’re applying to Notre Dame, what made you choose your program of interest and discuss your commitment to community and/or co-curricular and leadership activities.
