  • Mannkal Scholarships

    Value: $5,000 (single) or $7,000 (team of two)

    The Mannkal Economic Education Foundation was founded by leading Perth businessman, Ron Manners, to support students interested in studying libertarian and free-market concepts.

    The Mannkal Economic Education Foundation will provide scholarships for one or two Notre Dame Students.

    The Scholarship recipient must undertake a Directed Business Project BS 391 unit and conduct economic research in the area of free-market or libertarian concepts and investigate and report on these concepts as they relate to business and industry.

    This Scholarship may be of particular interest to combined Law and Business students.

  • The John H O'Halloran Law Scholarship

    Value: $5,000

    The purpose of the Scholarship is to provide assistance to a part time or full time student enrolled in the Bachelor of Laws degree (either as a single degree or as part of a combined degree) at the University’s School of Law, Fremantle, who has demonstrated the need for financial assistance to continue his or her studies.

    To be eligible for the Scholarship applicants must:

    1. Be enrolled part time or full time on the Fremantle Campus of the University in the Bachelor of Laws course or in a combined course which includes a course for the degree of Bachelor of Laws and who have completed at least:
      1. Two years of full time study, or equivalent part time, at the discretion of the Selection Committee, towards the three or four year Bachelor of Laws degree, or
      2. Three years of full time study, or equivalent part time, towards a combined degree; and
    2. Have demonstrated the need for financial assistance to continue their studies.

  • The Alexander Sergius Eustace Horan Scholarship


    Value: $3,500 to $4,500

    The purpose of the Scholarship is to assist and encourage a student, enrolled in the School of Law at The University of Notre Dame Australia, Fremantle, for whom educational opportunities are limited due to financial need.

    To be eligible for the Scholarship, applicants must:

    1. Be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia;
    2. Be eligible to enrol or be enrolled as a full time student at the University in the School of Law; and
    3. Be able to demonstrate that their educational opportunities are limited due to adverse circumstances as set out in the Selection Criteria.

    Please note that this Scholarship is awarded for the duration of the recipient’s studies and applications will reopen in 2020 for the 2021 Scholarship.
