Before commencing this application please ensure you have completed the Confirmation of Endorsement and Financial Overview PDF forms. Please fill in the relevant fields and attach the required documents for your proposal, noting the deadlines below.

Please attach the SSAF Proposals Confirmation of Endorsement form with support from your line manager. Staff members will need to discuss their proposal with a staff representative on the SSAF Governance Committee, before submitting a proposal.

For student proposals, please attach SSAF Proposals Confirmation of Endorsement form in support of your project highlighting:

  • The support of a staff member, who will ensure the project is successfully delivered and acquitted, or
  • The support of a relevant campus-based Student Association, or an affiliated Club or Society, who will ensure the project is successfully delivered and acquitted.
