1.2.2 How does ethical scholarship work in practice?

Maintaining academic integrity is important as it has reputational and credibility implications for the University and the courses offered. Therefore, breaches in academic integrity, such as plagiarism and cheating in exams, are taken very seriously by the University.

Students can avoid possible violations of academic misconduct by adhering to the expectations of academic integrity which are outlined in the Code of Conduct for Students, Student Academic Integrity Policy, and this module on academic integrity.
