Academic transcripts and records

An official academic transcript of your results shows:

  • Final grades
  • Total number of units of credit successfully completed
  • Grade Point Average (GPA)

Students who studied or graduated prior to 2018

We can only issue a hard copy transcript if you studied prior to 2018 as digital transcripts are currently not available for study completed before this time. There is currently no charge for requesting a hard copy transcript for pre‑2018 study, and standard postage is also free until further notice. (Express and international postage options however will incur a fee).

Your transcript can be posted to you or collected in person from your nearest UNDA campus.

To order a hard copy transcript, please complete the Academic Transcript AHEGS Application form and:

  • Email the form to student.fees@nd.edu.au along with a scanned copy of your photo ID (driver's licence or passport).
  • If your name has changed since studying, please provide the relevant documents: e.g. Marriage Certificate, etc.
  • If you require Express Post or International postage, please first email your completed form and supporting documentation.
    • Once submitted, contact Student Fees on (08) 9433 0781 between 8.30am and 4.30pm (Monday to Friday, AWST) to make payment by credit card over the phone.

Official transcripts

To request an official transcript of your academic record:

  • You will receive an email notification to your UNDA student email account from My eQuals with instructions on how to download your transcript within 5 business days.

Note: When registering with My eQuals, only use your Notre Dame Student ID number email address: (eg: 32000000@my.nd.edu.au). If you use your name, or another email address, the link to My equals will be unsuccessful.

Hard copy transcripts are available in exceptional circumstances and supporting documentation must be supplied. The cost for a hard copy transcript is $30, additional copies in the same transaction are $5 each. Please complete the Academic Transcript_AHEGS Application for a hard copy.

Unofficial Transcripts

Current students can also obtain an unofficial transcript of their academic record at any time with no cost involved:

  • Go to your Student Self Service Centre
  • Select ‘Unofficial Transcript’ and click ‘View Report’
  • Click on ‘Academic Records’
  • Click on ‘View Unofficial Transcript’
  • Click the drop down ‘Report Type’

An unofficial transcript will display all your courses and grades. Marks are displayed from 2006 onwards.

An unofficial transcript will show your Grade Point Average to the present time and can be printed out for your records.

Students who studied or graduated prior to 2018

We can only issue a hard copy transcript if you studied prior to 2018 - we are unable to supply a digital version. Your transcript can be posted to you (for a fee), or you can pick it up from your nearest UNDA campus.

To order a hard copy transcript, please complete the Academic Transcript_AHEGS Application form and:

  • Email the form to student.fees@nd.edu.au along with a scanned copy of your photo ID (driver's licence or passport).
  • If your name has changed since studying, please provide the relevant documents: eg: Marriage Certificate, etc.
  • Once you have emailed your form and documentation, please phone (08) 9433 0542 Mon-Fri 8.30am–4.30pm AWST to make a credit card payment over the phone of $30 (plus $10 Registered postage or this can be collected from your campus)
