  • Fremantle Ceremony A – April 2027

    Date: Monday 19 April and Tuesday 20 April 2027
    Time:     Multiple day & evening ceremonies assigned according to School. Ceremony timings to be confirmed in approx. Feb 2027.

  • Photography

    GFP Graduations provide a range of ceremony and portrait photography and video services for each graduation ceremony. Their professional photographers will take a photo of each graduand as they are congratulated by the Chancellor on stage. They will also video each ceremony and this will be available for purchase at the end of your ceremony. GFP will also offer studio photography before or after your ceremony. You may wish to have your testamur framed and GFP are able to do this for you on the day.

  • Regalia

    Graduating students will need to order Regalia and additional information will be included with the ceremony invitation.

    Regalia requirements:

    • Graduands are expected to wear appropriate, semi-formal apparel under their regalia.
    • Graduation Mass: Gown only
    • Graduation Ceremony: Full Academic Regalia

  • Tickets

    Guests are emailed their ticket to attend. Graduates will collect their ticket at the Convention Centre on ceremony day, when they collect their regalia

    Students will be entitled to 2 guest tickets free of charge. Additional guest tickets may be available for purchase following the RSVP date depending on availability. If available, additional tickets per student will be capped and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the allocation is exhausted.

  • Your Graduation Ceremony Day

    Graduates must arrive three (3) hours prior to their ceremony to allow ample time to:

    • Collect their regalia
    • Receive their digital graduate ticket (issued at the time of regalia collection)
    • Be seated at least 45 minutes before the ceremony begins

    A graduate briefing will be held before guests are admitted into the Theatre.


    Graduates will be seated before the audience enters. Please ensure your guests have their tickets ready on their phones.  
    (Tip: Guest tickets are automatically sent to the email addresses provided in the RSVP portal.)

    Ceremonies typically run between 2 and 3 hours and are followed by a post-ceremony celebration
