How to Book an Appointment
If you need legal assistance from the Legal Clinic, an appointment must be made in advance by either:
(1) Phoning us directly at (08) 9433 0745. If we are unavailable at the time, please leave your name and number and we will call you back with a possible appointment time. Note: If you are at risk and do not want us to call you directly, please leave a name and a number you are comfortable for us to contact you on (e.g. a friend or family member’s phone number) or alternatively, your private email address.
(2) Emailing us on fremantle.legalclinic@nd.edu.au with a short description of your matter. A means test will be undertaken after receiving this information.
Our means test assesses whether your income, assets and other factors make you eligible for free one-off legal advice. If you do not pass our means test, we will refer you elsewhere. Other places which may be able to assist include:
