Internal Credit Transfer

This form is to be used for the transfer of University of Notre Dame Australia courses when changing programs at the University. For recognition of prior learning achieved outside the University and for completed UNDA programs, please use the Advanced Standing forms Specified or Unspecified Credit or Uncredentialled Experience.

Your application should include a copy of your unofficial transcript with the courses for transfer clearly marked’. For instructions on how to access your unofficial transcript, visit Academic Transcript.

Applications are automatically submitted to your School for an initial assessment before being referred to Student Administration for a final decision and processing. Please contact your school in the first instance if you have any questions about your application
