REShare
Are you a teacher of Religious Education in a Catholic Secondary School? Do you want to take your teaching to the next level of excellence? Then REShare is designed for you!
Through REShare, we aim to create an environment that fosters excellence in RE teaching—building a database of RE resources and teaching strategies relevant to your needs. Connect with RE educators from all over Australia and beyond to foster collaboration and create a community enabling shared resources and teaching strategies that meet the real needs of teachers in the classroom.
Join us on an exciting journey if you're a secondary or pre-service teacher, part of an RE staff at diocesan offices, or involved in forming RE teachers.
Teaching RE to students
We understand that as a religious education teacher, you play a unique and irreplaceable role in forming young minds. REShare will help you develop a shared understanding of this role as a witness and instructor.
Teach the Life of Jesus Christ in 13 Simple Lesson Sequences
Each lesson sequence follows a fundamental pattern:
- A provocation to get students thinking about this central event in the life of Christ
- A scriptural overview to take students into the Gospel account
- An activity to develop student understanding of this event
- A reflection task to allow students to consider the significance of this event for their own lives.
Note: The Series Introduction is crucial for understanding how to utilise these resources best. We strongly encourage teachers to take the time to read through this carefully before using the lesson sequences.

Professional Development for teachers
REShare has implemented a new strategy to simplify the engagement process for educators who want to participate in professional development.
